Confidence and strength training for young athletes

This 4 weeks class is designed to help female athletes build confidence, mental strength, and emotional resilience, skills that go far beyond sports and into everyday life. I teaches powerful tools like positive self-talk, visualization techniques, and cord-cutting exercises to help her clients break through limiting beliefs and step into their full potential.

Class duration is 1 hour. The first 30 minutes will focus on mindset performance. The last 30 minutes will focus on strength, speed, and agility training.

Unlock your full potential and build a strong mental game to help your athlete reach whatever goals they have. These 1:1 sessions are tailored to your specific athlete. Each session is 1 hour in length and will always include some sort of work to improve confidence and promote a growth mindset. The other part of sessions may include basketball skills such as conditioning or defensive/offensive skill work to help your athlete put to use the mental work they just learned into use.
